If your watch isn’t right for you, we want to make it simple.
Return window
You can return an unworn watch in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will reply with the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, your refund is issued within 5 to 7 business days.
Items we can’t accept
Watches that show signs of wear or damage, or that are missing parts or packaging.
Faulty or damaged items
If your watch arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
